A little tired, but excited! It's christmas eve and I really am ecstatic for tomorrow morning!

Christmas!  I love getting presents, and I really want to go to Christmas Eve service at my church!

My family & my dads side of the family as well!

Bath & Body Works Candle in Marshmallow Fireside: Review!

Went to go visit my grandma today and She has this candle burning! When I walked in her house it was amazing! I love it so much and I seen it was from Bath  & Body Works so I just snapped a picture :)

"Celebrate the changing season with a warm mixture of marshmallows, smoldering woods and creamy vanilla reminiscent of a cozy evening 'round the bonfire."

Couldn't describe it any better! it's such a warming house fragrance that really makes you just want to make s'mores. I love them so much and I am obsessing over this candle. I really wish that I could buy every candle in this scent in the world!

Marshmallow Fireside is now my new favorite and I think i'm going to research a Bath & Body works store that has this candle!

Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pomegranate Punk: Review + Swatch!

I love Maybelline Color Tattoos, I've had this one for quite some time and i'm excited to show you my thoughts!

The color of this is beautiful, and I love having cranberry eyes and pairing them with a nude lip. That's my go to festive/holiday look. 

The color is a really nice purple/brown/cranberry color. A little lighter than the color of red wine. But it's beautiful!

I've noticed that the color is more of a brown then a cranberry. So it can be used but I was expecting more of a cranberry color. I'm fine with it I just wish that Maybelline would change it to "Brown Punk" :)

I would Say I am impressed but the 24 hours thing is a no. For me with a primer about 12 hours average. With a base maybe 14. But I still love the color tattoos and Will continue to buy them!

Revlon Lip Butter in Candy Apple: Review + Swatch!

You guys know I'm obsessed with red lipsticks, and Lip Butters. So when I seen a red Lip Butter  I caved.

I thought this lipstick would be a beautiful color for winter and for christmas. I thought it would be a nice deep red color on the outside but I was wrong.

I don't know what the deal is but This is the only lip butter that had collected dirt and foundation residue. This was not a good start for me.

Overall, I'm kinda disappointed. I thought this would be more of a deep red like the packaging. This is the first ever lip product that Revlon has disappointed me of. But I will continue to buy because it's my favorite brand.

Revlon Lip Butter in Peach Parfait: Review + Swatch!

I love Revlon Lip Butters! they're my obsession. I picked up this one a while ago and Have been dying to review it! Here it is!

First off, Packaging. I love the quilted design on Revlon products. It's adorable and it's the color of the lipstick. The top has a clear lid so you can actually see what the lip butter looks like. This one is a pinky/coraly kind of color.

Even the name is in the color of the Lipstick as well! It's like they really are showing it's true to color!

The swatch is beautiful! & I love how it's a pink with gold shimmers! I really am impressed with the Lip butters and I think that they are so awesome for the price. I am absolutely hooked on these and will be buying them more frequently!

Bath & Body Works Candle in French Baguette: Review!

Yes, this is a candle and it smells like bread. My french teacher would always bring in bread after we took benchmarks and it would taste so good! So when Bath & Body Works released a Bread candle.. I went crazy!

I got a miniature one because I didn't really know if I would like it or not.. I was wrong, I don't like it... I LOVE IT!

This candle is just amazing.  It smells like when you go to Paris, walk into a bakery and you just devour everything you see that's made of bread. (If you know what I mean when I say this) It's awesome!

I typically don't like white barn candles but This one is amazing!

Bath & Body works Minature candles are 2 for $5 so stop in and try some sometime!

8 days! I am so excited for the Holidays! I love spending time with family and friends!

Had a lunch date with mamma at Panera over the weekend, I love spending time and catching up with her! :)

5.) Have you ever had a kiss under the mistletoe? No I really don't think I have! I never see anyone put up mistletoe anymore! I'll make sure I find one this year!

7.) Moment of truth: do you usually drive the speed limit? Yes Maybe only 4-5 miles over sometimes :)

8.) If you could spend the holidays anywhere in the whole world, where would it be? Ethier New york or England. I've never seen the Tree lit up in New York and I really want to but it's on my bucket list. I also wanna see how people in England and france celebrate different holidays. I take french but I'm curious on what happens :)

Tree Hut Sugar Body Scrub: Review!

I was in need of a new scrub since I ran out of my Lush Ocean Sea salt (which I love) but since I haven't had a chance to make it to lush lately I thought I could settle for a drugstore one. It's very important to have a scrub in the winter because of all the dry skin you get and want to make your skin look nice and healthy!

I got this at Walmart and for $6 this was a steal! This is a very heavy exfoliator ( DO NOT USE ON FACE!) I tend to exfoliate my body often because I tend to have lots of build up on my skin. Like from lotions and perfume. So I love having a nice deep clean.

I personally even think this is better than my lush ocean salt!


If you love this go get it! don't waste your money on lush!

Softlips Peppermint Stick: Review!

I am loving clear balms lately (no swatch this time because its clear) and when I seen this duo at target I knew I had to get it. I'm not much of a Softlips girl, I prefer Baby Lips or Nivea. But when I seen this it instantly hit me!

The packaging on this is so cute! it looks like a cute little candy cane striped chap stick with a red cap. Perfect for holidays! They have SPF20 and apply so nicely and smooth on my lips. It has a twist between vanilla and peppermint but I can seem to taste more vanilla in mine but I still love the mint!

No doubt in my mind for buying these, and for $3?!?!

Maybelline Baby Lips in Quenched: My Thoughts!

It seems that almost every drugstore brand has moisturizing Lip Balm, Like Maybelline, Revlon, eos, Nivea, Burt's Bees, etc. I like how these are in stick form as well and how you roll them up like a lipstick!

There are six total shades in the collection, two clear balms and four tinted balms. I only picked up the tinted one first to see if i'd like it. But I do love the packaging on all of them!

the Baby Lips are quite sheer. My sister has the tinted one and Somedays I ask what she's wearing and she'll be like Baby Lips in Grape Vine. You definitely won't get the same coverage as a lipstick! They're really moisturizing and are great for a really nice subtle tint of color on the lips! They even smell good too!

 Bath & Body Works Twisted Peppermint Candle: My Thoughts!

I love my new centerpiece for my coffee table. I don't have all that junk laying on it so it looks beautiful! I used to not like this scent but I figured the candle would be better, & I was right.

If you didn't know (everyone knows!) This is Bath & Body's Limited Holiday Scent. They return every year but are limited time only so grab them quick! I personally am in LOVE with the new designs they put on the candles this year, but last years. ugh I thought look Hideous!


This candle reminds me of Peppermint bark. I even have a recipe on how to make Peppermint Bark. I used to think that this just smelled like a really strong cologne but now I think it smells like wonder!

Overall: IN LOVE!

Nail of the day: Essie Leading Lady!

I love Essie polishes, and when I seen the 2012 holiday collection I cracked. I had to okay? They're amazing! & this color! oh my gosh this color is beautiful!

2 Coats did the trick but you could probably get away with one. This polish is weird but beautiful. It's a deep cranberry red and then christmas red sparkles in it. I love polishes like these. I love Essie so much! what's your favorite brand?

Urban Decay Lip Junkie Lip gloss in Naked; Review & Swatch!

I picked up the naked 2 palette a while back (review soon) and unlike some people, when a sample product comes with a purchase I will use it. I won't just be like oh yeah there's that lip gloss over there. I use it. Today I bring you my personal opinions...

What I love mostly about this lipgloss is that this actually plums my lips. A lot of lipglosses I've found out there don't plump my lips they just give extra sheen.

I really love the mint taste I have on my lips after applying. It feels very cool and refreshing. I love the color as well. It's a perfect berry/coral/pink color with tons of shimmer.

On my lips it sheers out just a bit but it really makes my lips feel good. For $19 i don't really know if I would got out and buy this full size but it is a really nice sample product!


Overall this is a really nice lip gloss. I love the feeling on my lips! I really adore this product!

Monday Questionnaire! Monday December 10th !

Is it crazy that we are almost at the end of 2012? And halfway through December? I swear this year has gone by so fast! It shocked me to be saying 10th of December! Anyway, let's get on to the questionnaire! :)

I've been obsessing over this candle recently because of the scent! smells like vanilla cake!

1.) Mood: Slacking? I guess that's a mood. I really need to be getting some new beauty videos up!

2.) Does the winter season tend to draw you indoors, or outdoors? Both! I love the snow but i love huddling up around the fireplace drinking hot chocolate :)

3.) Would you rather wear summer clothes in winter, or winter clothes in summer? Summer clothes in winter. You can always bundle up with more but there is a certain extant of what you can take off in public!                                                                                                                                                           

4.) Current nail polish: China Glaze Champagne Kisses :)

5.) What is your idea of a holiday makeup look? Something Edgy but Elegant, but for new years.. Just Edgy :)

6.) Current outfit: Blue Tank & Athletic shorts :)

7.) What is your favorite winter accessory? Scarves! They not only keep you warm but they also look super stylish! (especially Burberry scarfs!)

8.) You have a free day to do anything you want-- what do you do? Mani/Pedi, night on the town, girls night, or girls night out shopping. I really need to hang with my girls soon!

9.) What are your favorite holiday decorations? Christmas Trees :) I have 4 big ones up and 2 minis :)

Maybelline Gel Eyeliner in Eggplant: Swatch & My Thoughts!

I'm here to talk about my favorite eyeliner ever! The color is beautiful, the swatch is beautiful and it's just so amazing!

I've never noticed until now that it sorta looks like granite on kitchen counters, Because it's purple with black specks in it. I think that's so cool! and the color is perfect to suit the name eggplant!

See how it looks like granite? The color goes beautiful smudged on your lower lash line or your upper lash line. I really think that this goes lovely with smokey eyes or a dramatic eye for the night.  Overall, I love this product so much! it's my go to eyeliner almost every day!
